Sun Power The latest and greatest solar panels are made of Copper Indium Diselenide. We've got 'em, and they are great. 60mm(2-3/8") square, and they put out a whopping 4.5V/90mA. Make a super battery charger by connecting several panels in "series" with the 2 solder tabs located on the back. These solar cells look like the ones that are in the LED path lights. Each panel is coated with a clear "tough plastic" coating making it environmentally protected and virtually unbreakable.
